If the United States presidential election were held in South Korea, the incumbent Joe Biden would win in a walk. According to a Gallup Korea poll, 52% of respondents said they would vote for Biden if they could vote in the 2024 US presidential election. Only 24% said they would vote for Donald Trump.
Koreans are somewhat skeptical about the US electoral system. When asked whether the US electoral system allowed the country to hold a free and fair election, a narrow plurality (41%) agreed, while 33% disagreed.
